Who Writes This Site
The pages are written by the PHWIN Editorial Team, a desk and not a named person. The desk reads the lobby in a browser, logged out, and writes what it can see. It does not sign up, deposit or play to produce a page, and it does not publish player reviews or ratings.
Each page says when it was last updated. Every fact traces back to a source the desk opened on that date, whether PAGCOR, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, a wallet’s help centre or the lobby itself.

How the Site Is Funded

What This Site Did Not See
The lobby is read without an account, so the desk saw the public pages and not the cashier. These were not visible and are never stated as fact: deposit and withdrawal limits and times, fees, the identity checks, any licence of the brand, the working of the sportsbook, sabong or lottery menus, and the support hours. Where a page touches one of these, it tells you where to look instead.
PAGCOR’s lists dated 20 October 2026 leave out both PHWIN and its lobby domain, as the legit page explains. Players must be 21 or older.
