Three dice finish a round before most people have placed a second chip. Sicbo on the PHWIN live tab spans Super, Lightning, Emperor and Speed tables, and the rules that decide your result are the Triple rule and the multipliers. Sicbo Tables and Their Rules
The game uses three standard dice. A total from 4 up to 10 wins Small and one from 11 up to 17 wins Big, while Odd and Even divide the same totals by parity instead. All four lose to any Triple, whatever the number.

Why the Triple Rule Matters
The Triple rule is the quiet cost in every Small, Big, Odd and Even bet. Small and Big look like a split down the middle of the range, but they lose on a Triple even when the total sits in range. That one exception is the price of playing them.
Multipliers change the feel, not the rule. On Super Sic Bo a multiplier can be placed on a bet spot you did not choose, and some rounds carry none. Treat the 1000x line as the best case on a menu, the way you read a record on a scoreboard.
Lightning adds a fee. A 20% fee on a ₱100 total bet adds ₱20, so your real cost per round is ₱120 on the numbers in Evolution’s description. Decide whether the 5x to 2000x multipliers are worth that surcharge before you bet.
